How do I get started?
Download the app, create an account, purchase credits or a membership, and book a time slot that suits you. Your access code will be sent via the app.
What if I've never done reformer Pilates?
No worries at all. Start with our intro content and build confidence entirely at your own pace — the studio is designed for all levels.
Where are you located?
Redegatan 9, Västra Frölunda — next to Hemköp and the Tranered tram stop. Free 1-hour parking is available directly outside.
What should I bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, water, and grip socks. Grip socks are available to purchase at the studio if you need them.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session. You have 60 minutes of access including clean-up time at the end.
Can I attend if I'm pregnant?
Pre and post-natal clients are welcome. We recommend getting approval from your GP before attending, particularly in the first trimester.
What is the cancellation window?
Cancel at least 4 hours before your booking via the app to retain your credit. Late cancellations will forfeit the credit.
Is there an age limit?
Participants must be 16 years of age or older to attend classes.
