Studio Access & Security

Access is granted only to paying customers via a unique keycode, sent via instant messaging on the app after a package has been purchased. The studio is monitored by CCTV for safety and security.

Do not share your access code with anyone. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable. Any misuse of the access code may result in revoked access without refund.

Health & Safety

Use of the reformer machines, Pilates accessories, and studio amenities is at your own risk. You must be in good physical condition with no medical reasons preventing safe use of Pilates equipment.

If you're pregnant, recovering from injury, or unsure of your fitness level, please consult a medical professional before use. You are responsible for knowing how to operate the reformer safely. No in-person instruction or supervision is provided on-site unless an induction session is purchased.

All new users must watch the introduction video or complete an induction. Keep the area tidy and free of obstructions to avoid injury.

Hygiene & Conduct

Please wipe down equipment before and after use with the products provided. Wear clean grip socks and appropriate workout attire. Respect others using the space and maintain a calm, quiet environment.

Liability

By entering the studio, you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety. HRCA Lifestyle Sweden AB is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using the studio or equipment. You acknowledge that Reformer Pilates involves physical exertion and assume all associated risks.

Booking & Cancellations

All sessions must be booked in advance via our app or website. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your booking to avoid charges.

Breach of Terms

Any misuse of the space or failure to follow these terms may result in revoked access without refund.
